Instructional video series for 3V Sigma USA covering cosmetics formulation chemistry — lab process, product macros, and educational content produced by Boda Studios.
3V Sigma came to us wanting a full video series: three technical videos and three formulation videos, six pieces in total. The goal was a real jump in production quality, moving off phone-style videos and onto something with real lighting, audio, and custom branding throughout. Because 3V Sigma sells internationally, every piece also needed to be dubbed into additional languages.
This was one of the first genuinely technical projects we had taken on. We worked directly with 3V Sigma lead chemists in their own labs, walking through exactly what happened at each stage of formulation so we knew what we were filming and why, then captured every one of those stages on camera.
A hurricane hit during the exact week we had planned to shoot, and the facility shut down entirely. Crew, schedule, everything had to be rebuilt around it.
The delivery still landed well. We staggered the rollout so 3V Sigma could get pieces onto their channels as each one was ready, six hero videos plus social cutdowns of each to drive traffic back to the full pieces, released over about six months.
