Gullett has spent 40 years protecting Florida homes — through hurricane season, relentless heat, and every year in between. That kind of tenure isn't a slogan for them; every nail and every line represents a family they've never met, whose home they've stood on top of.
Boda's approach was to build the film around what a roof actually does, not around Gullett as a company. A home is framed as the one place in the world that's entirely yours — where memories are made and kept — and a roof is the quiet thing standing between that and everything else: storms, sleepless nights, and the fear that comes with not being protected.
The film pairs that emotional framing with real production value befitting a company that's been doing this for four decades: aerial coverage of the roofs themselves, on-site crew footage, and a voiceover built to feel more like a short film than a typical contractor ad.
